We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, company name, phone number, and email address, when you request a demo, fill out a form, or speak with a Lanewise representative by phone.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to demo requests, provide product information, support onboarding, and communicate about your account, including by phone call and SMS text message where you have consented to receive texts.

SMS opt-in information is not shared for marketing

Lanewise does not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in status with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is used solely to deliver the Lanewise SMS program described in our SMS Terms & Conditions.

We may share information with service providers who perform support functions on our behalf (for example, our SMS delivery platform or CRM), solely to operate the messaging program — never for that provider's own marketing purposes.

Data retention

We retain phone numbers and consent records for as long as needed to operate the SMS program and to demonstrate compliance with applicable messaging regulations, and delete or anonymize this information when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, or request removal of your information by contacting us at the details below.
